We drove through Little Haiti many times and I loved the colorful buildings as much as I love Haitian art. Handpainted signs, often with original graphics, against the backdrop of just about any color.

Miami: like a painting




I just spent a week in Miami and took a lot of photos from the passenger seat of the car my friend Kitty was driving. I'm going to post a series of photos that each fit a particular theme. What they all have in common is lots of sun, blue sky and many colors. These 'pretty as a picture' shots were taken at Fairchild Tropical Gardens from the tram.
