We've been counting the days until Sofra Bakery opens. A creation of famed chef Ana Sortun, the chef and owner of Oleana and Maura Kilpatrick, the pastry chef at Oleana, it features unique vegetarian friendly Middle Eastern fare. The interior has benches and low tables and has a beautiful aesthetic going on. It's at the corner of Belmont and Holworthy Streets in Cambridge (formerly Violette Wine Cellars) and is supposed to open Tuesday, August 19 but give a
call first.
